Arabica Natural — sun-dried sweetness from the highlands.
Grown on the mountain slopes of Kledung, Temanggung (Central Java) at around 1400–1600 meters above sea level, this Arabica develops slower and denser—bringing more aroma and clarity in the cup.
Processed with the natural (dry) method: the coffee cherries are dried whole under the sun before the beans are hulled. During that time, the fruit’s sugars and character gently soak into the seed, giving a cup that’s naturally sweet, round, and layered.
Expect ripe fruit notes, a soft honey-like sweetness, and a smooth, clean finish.
